Frixos Hotel - Malia (Crete)

the very good breakfast had a good choice of meals and the food i tasted was reasonably priced.

I appreciated coffee, slices of fresh bread, and cheese. It was new-fashioned, huge and with balcony. Stunning and unbeatable location really close to the clubs on the Strip, the bus station, and Malia on a lads or girls holiday, I felt safe.

The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were super friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The pool was perfect for chilling and the food at the bar was tasty and cheap, loved those full English breakfasts!

Noise from the adjacent hotel permeates the atmosphere, especially if you're hoping for a quiet moment on the balcony. This can be quite distracting at times. The sunbeds have seen better days, feeling worn and less comfortable than you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The lack of 'do not disturb' signs makes it a bit inconvenient when you want some peace in the mornings, as housekeeping may enter without notice.

The vibe was sweet as, heaps friendly staff and a solid clean pool. But man, the noise at night was a killer! Totally hard to chill after dark.

the room was a bit bright. but we loved the pool bar with delicious snacks and friendly staff. also, the location was nice and close to the strip but still peaceful. air conditioning was free, which was a great surprise!

Perfect spot for solo travelers!

I stayed 5 nights and loved how comfy and clean the Standard Double Room was. The pool area is awesome for chilling out, and I had some cheap, tasty drinks there. The only thing was the walk to the beach was a bit longer than I hoped, but everything else was great!

Frixos hotel was super comfy! The room was clean and had a big balcony which was perfect for chillin out. The service was honestly amazin, everyone was soooo great. Pool area was nice and clean too, we really enjoyed the bar snacks there. The location is just right, close to the strip but not too noisy!

Oh, the breakfast at the bar was an absolute feast! I demolished those full English breakfasts like I hadn't eaten in days. And shoutout to Mr Frixos for his heartwarming hospitality-a true gem! The pool area was also spotlessly clean, perfect for lazy days soaking up the sun.

It was just a decent option for a city trip in Malia with great value. Staff were great, making sure we had extra towels when we requested them. Make sure to check the facilities before planning activities, as some may not be included as expected.

Staff were so friendly, was like chommies by the end! The pool area was spotlessly clean and perfect for those lazy sun days. The breakfast at the bar was a lekker way to start the day, especially the brekkie rolls!

The noise from the strip at night could get a bit hectic, but you get used to it.

The stay offered convenient access to local attractions and a nice pool area with reasonably priced drinks. The loud music at night was an issue for those wanting to sleep, and the rooms could benefit from maintenance as several fixtures were worn. Great for a fun trip but be prepared for some noise due to the surrounding area.

The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish, totally recommend. Place was fairly clean and wonderful. - the location was amazing and great, just off the sea, mountains, and buildings - fascinating, the center. - the room was top-notch and new-fashioned, I liked that it was complete with a balcony.
